OLY Board meetings are open to all members of the club.  If you would like to attend a meeting please contact either Nancy Mattar, President (nancymattar@comcast.net) or Kathy Swartz, Secretary (romeomv@aol.com) at least 48 hours before the meeting (the dates are on the calendar on the web site).  This will allow us to add your name to the visitor roster at the front desk at OU (you must have ID to get into the meeting room, the same as entering the building to go to the pool) and if necessary, add an item to the agenda if you are coming for a specific purpose.  If you have any questions, please contact Kathy Swartz at 586-531-3255.
