April 1, 2008 - March 31, 2009

1.  No Swimmer under the age of 18 is to be at any meet without a parent or a designated guardian.
2.  Parents of un-chaperoned swimmers (those 18 & over) accept full financial and legal responsibility for
     the conduct of their children.
3.  The coach reserves the right to eject any swimmer from practices or meets for misconduct.  If it
     becomes necessary to send a swimmer home, the parents of that swimmer assume all responsibility,
     including financial, related to that decision.
4.  At meets, all swimmers, regardless of age, must be in their rooms by 10:00 pm unless accompanied by
     their parents or assigned guardian.
5.  Alcoholic beverages, smoking and performance enhancing drugs are prohibited at all times.
6.  At meets, running, sports equipment and games are not permitted in the hallways.
7.  Music and televisions are allowed only in the guest rooms and at a reasonable sound level.
8.  Shirts and shoes must be worn at all times in restaurants, lounge and lobby area.
9.  Parents will be required to pay any expense for damages or financial losses incurred by the team for
     their swimmers' misconduct.
